Frequently Asked Questions

What is the Apollo 360 Program?

Apollo 360 Health provides a comprehensive health program that integrates various aspects of an individual's well-being, including nutrition, fitness, behavioral health, and medical care. Our approach is centered on personalization, ensuring that each individual's unique health requirements are met with the aim of achieving optimal health and overall well-being.

How does it work?

Our diagnostic process begins with a comprehensive evaluation of your health and symptoms. Our application securely accesses your health data from Apple and Google health, as well as nearly 500 wearables, ensuring that all information is kept confidential. Once we have gathered this information, we create a personalized plan based on evidence-based practices, tailored to your preferences, goals, and medical condition. Our state-of-the-art facilities, which include a teaching kitchen, fitness center, and yoga studio, provide an ideal environment for you to enhance your skills and meet regularly with your team as you progress on your journey.
